These single-use straight strips feature a thin, lightweight, and eco-friendly wooden backing paired with a high-quality professional abrasive layer. Equipped with a reliable, moisture-resistant adhesive layer, they stick firmly to the reusable metal or plastic base during work, ensuring zero slipping, peeling, or shifting. The specialized abrasive is designed to maintain its cutting efficiency without shedding particles, allowing for clean, smooth shaping of the nail free edge. After the treatment is completed, the single-use strip is effortlessly peeled off and discarded, completely eliminating the risk of cross-contamination between clients.
Preparation: Take a clean, fully sterilized reusable base from the Expert 20 series (e.g., stainless steel base MB-20). Ensure its surface is dry and free of oil.
Application: Peel the protective paper backing off the WBE-20 disposable wooden file strip. Align it carefully with the edges of the reusable base and press down firmly across the entire surface to activate the adhesive bond.
Filing: Perform the nail shaping procedure. The stable wooden layer provides a comfortable flex while maintaining excellent rigid control during filing.
Disposal: Once the manicure or pedicure treatment is finished, gently pull the edge of the wooden strip to peel it off the base. Discard the used single-use abrasive immediately into the trash.
Base Maintenance: Wipe away any leftover adhesive residue from the reusable base using an alcohol-based solution, then proceed with the standard disinfection and sterilization protocol for the base.
