Sized precisely at 20 mm (Size M), these jastučići fit seamlessly onto corresponding M-sized pedicure discs. The extra-coarse 80-grit formulation is engineered for heavy-duty performance, allowing the technician to rapidly downsize thick calluses, severe dead skin buildup, and stubborn corns on the heel and sole areas. The high-grade white aluminum oxide abrasive compound features a specialized coating that prevents the grit from clogging with skin dust during high-RPM operations. Backed with a high-strength, moisture-resistant adhesive layer, the pad anchors firmly to the disc surface with zero peeling or slipping during rotation, ensuring maximum user control and 100% sanitary safety for every client.
Preparation: Take a clean, fully sterilized reusable Pododisc in size M (20 mm). Ensure the metal surface is dry and free of oils or skin softeners.
Application: Peel one PDF-20-80W white abrasive pad off the backing sheet. Center it accurately onto the Pododisc platform and press down firmly across the entire circle to activate the adhesive layer.
Operation: Insert the disc shaft into the pedicure drill micromotor. Set the speed according to the manufacturer's recommended RPM for size M discs and process the target callused zones using smooth, continuous movements. Do not hold the rotating disc in one spot to prevent heat buildup.
Disposal: Once the pedicure treatment is finished, turn off the machine, carefully pull the edge of the single-use pad, peel it off the disc, and discard it immediately into the trash.
Disc Maintenance: Clean off any minimal adhesive residue from the reusable disc using an alcohol wipe, and proceed with standard disinfection and sterilization protocols (autoclave/dry-heat oven) for the disc base.
