150/180 grit — use for shaping and shortening natural or artificial nails
Oval shape for ergonomic, natural-motion filing
Paper backing for flexible yet firm filing support
File in one direction only to prevent nail splitting
Single-use per client or personal use — hygienic and disposable

Use on dry natural or artificial nails only — never file wet nails.
File in one direction only, moving from the side toward the centre. Avoid back-and-forth sawing which can cause nail splitting.
Use 150/180 grit files for shaping and shortening; use 180/240 grit for lighter shaping and smoothing the free edge.
After filing, lightly buff the free edge to remove any roughness.
Dispose of the file when the abrasive surface becomes smooth or heavily soiled.
