Preparation: Start by softening the cuticles using HEYLOVE Cuticle Remover or a warm soak.
Pushing: Gently push back the cuticles with a pusher or an orange wood stick to lift the excess skin off the nail plate.
Trimming: Hold the scissors at a slight angle. Trim only the "dead," white part of the cuticle, using only the very tips of the blades.
Continuity: Try to trim in one continuous motion from one side to the other to avoid jagged edges or creating new hangnails.
Disinfection: Always disinfect the scissors with alcohol or a professional tool disinfectant after each use.
