PROSEPT Sonic is a specialized, aldehyde- and phenol-free disinfectant concentrate designed for the processing of sensitive precision instruments in ultrasonic baths and soaking tubs. Its advanced formula combines strong broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity with powerful cleaning surfactants that quickly dissolve stubborn organic matter, blood, protein deposits, and fine abrasive dust from diamond and carbide nail bits. Thanks to built-in corrosion inhibitors, it protects delicate steel tools, cuticle nippers, burs, and jointed instruments from rust and staining, extending their operational lifespan.

Dilute the concentrate with cold water to the recommended working concentration (e.g., 1–2% depending on the required exposure time and pathogen spectrum). Completely submerge the open or disassembled metal tools, nail bits, or instruments in the ultrasonic cleaner filled with the prepared solution. Run the ultrasonic cycle according to the required exposure time. After processing, remove the instruments, thoroughly rinse them with water, dry them completely, and proceed to dry-heat or autoclave sterilization.
