The DARK Pro Base Potal Collection (15ml) is an elite professional-grade camouflage base coat engineered to merge structural alignment and high-end artistic design into one single application step. Infused with a perfectly balanced suspension of premium, ultra-thin foil fragments (potal), this base coat creates a mesmerizing, multi-dimensional liquid metal effect across the nail plate. Featuring an optimized medium-thin viscosity, the formula self-levels effortlessly within seconds, ensuring that the decorative foil flakes lay completely flat without sticking out or creating unwanted surface thickness. Developed with advanced low-shrinkage and low-acidity technology, it protects the natural nail plate from thermal stress under the lamp while entirely preventing edge pocketing and lifting. Saturated with elegant camouflage pigments and radiant flakes, it serves as a stunning standalone luxury design that keeps its pristine structure and flawless durability for up to 4 weeks.
Preparation: Standardly prepare the natural nail plate (perform professional cuticle work, gently buff away the shiny lipid layer, and shape the free edge). Apply Dehydrator and a thin layer of Acid-Free Primer.
Substrate Layer (Mandatory): Apply a very thin, rubbing layer of a transparent, highly elastic rubber base coat across the entire nail plate to maximize adhesion. Cure for 60 seconds under a professional LED/UV lamp.
Contact Layer: Using the built-in brush, apply a thin, slick layer of the camouflage base with foil over the nail surface without curing it—this serves as a wet path to guide the subsequent leveling drop.
Architectural Alignment: Place a medium drop of the base onto the center of the wet nail, guide it gently toward the free edge and side walls using the brush (or a fine liner), making sure the foil flakes distribute evenly. Flip the hand over for a few seconds to round out the apex, and allow it to self-level.
Curing: Cure under a professional LED/UV lamp for 60 seconds. Thanks to the low-acidity formula, thermal heat spikes are drastically minimized.
Finishing: Seal and protect the finished luminous design with your preferred DARK No-Wipe Top Coat and execute a final cure for 60 seconds.
