Nails Of The Day "Smart Jelly Gel 03" (15 g) is a professional-grade, crystal-clear builder gel with a unique jelly-like consistency. Engineered for absolute precision, its non-flowing formula stays exactly where placed, allowing nail technicians to work at their own pace and sculpt multiple nails simultaneously without the material running into the cuticles or sidewalls. It is the ultimate choice for correcting sagging growth lines, extending the nail bed, repairing chipped corners, or creating dramatic salon lengths on forms. Despite its high rigidity and rock-hard strength after curing, it handles beautifully under the brush and files down with minimal effort, leaving a pristine, bubble-free transparency.
Preparation: Complete a standard hygienic manicure, shape the free edge, lightly buff the nail plate with a buffer, and thoroughly clean away all dust.
Prep & Prime: Wipe the nail surface with a professional dehydrator and apply a thin layer of acid-free primer (Ultrabond). Let it air dry for 30–60 seconds.
Substrate Layer (Mandatory): Apply a thin, rubbing layer of an elastic transparent base coat (e.g., Rubber Base) and cure for 60 seconds in an LED lamp to secure maximum adhesion.
Modeling: Pick up the desired amount of Smart Jelly Gel 03 from the jar using a gel brush. Apply and sculpt the product on the nail (or form) to build the core architecture, apex, or extended edge. Smooth the surface with light brush pats.
Curing: Polymerize in a professional 48W LED/UV lamp for 60–90 seconds. (Use the low heat mode if the client experiences an exothermic heat spike).
Finishing: Wipe away the sticky inhibition layer with a gel cleanser, file to refine the architectural shape, clear the dust, and proceed with color or top coat.
