The DARK TVS №03 is a high-performance tungsten carbide bit manufactured using double sharpening technology, ensuring consistently sharp edges from the tip to the base. Its rounded cone shape and 5 mm diameter provide excellent control when working with thick or hard artificial materials. The green notch signifies a coarse abrasiveness, making it ideal for the rapid removal of hard gels, acrylics, and polygel, as well as for filing liftings and correcting artificial nail architecture. Made in Ukraine, it is highly durable and resistant to all standard types of professional sterilization.
Installation: Secure the carbide bit into the e-file handpiece and lock it.
Speed Setting: Recommended for removal and correction at high speeds (20,000 – 30,000 RPM), depending on the technician's experience.
Application: Use long, fluid movements to remove the bulk of the artificial coating. The rounded tip allows for safer work near the cuticle area compared to flat-top cylinders.
Purpose: Specifically designed for heavy material removal and artificial nail correction. Not to be used on the natural nail plate.
Sanitization: Clean with a brush, then disinfect and sterilize in an autoclave or dry heat oven.
