The DARK TVS 02 is a high-quality tungsten carbide bit featuring a classic cylindrical or slightly tapered shape (depending on the specific series variation). The blue notch signifies a medium-grit cross-cut, which provides the perfect balance between speed and precision. It is engineered to remove artificial coatings like gel polish and hard gels quickly without vibrating or generating excessive heat. The material is extremely durable, maintaining its sharpness much longer than standard steel bits. Its smooth operation makes it a favorite for both material removal and shortening the length of extended nails.
Installation: Insert the carbide bit into the e-file handpiece and lock it.
Speed Setting: For material removal, set the speed between 20,000 and 30,000 RPM.
Application: Use long, smooth strokes from the cuticle area toward the free edge. Avoid staying in one spot to prevent heat buildup.
Purpose: Specifically intended for removing gel polish, gel, polygel, and acrylic. Not for use on the natural nail plate.
Sanitization: Clean with a specialized brush or ultrasonic cleaner. Disinfect and sterilize in an autoclave or dry heat sterilizer.
