Peel off the protective film from a disposable abrasive file (matching 20 mm size).
Stick the abrasive file firmly onto the disk surface.
Perform the pedicure treatment on dry or slightly dampened skin.
After use, remove and discard the abrasive file.
Sterilize the metal disk in an autoclave or dry heat sterilizer.
